Join us on May 9 at 9:30 AM at CrossFit Bel Air for our first HYROX-style workout!
Whether you’re brand new to fitness racing, curious about HYROX, or looking to sharpen your edge for competition, this session is designed for all levels. You’ll be able to scale the workout to your ability while also learning how to push your performance if you’re aiming to compete

Overview of the 8,000m run and 8 workout stations
Guidance on pacing, transitions, and race strategy for both beginners and experienced athletes

We’ll also be launching dedicated HYROX classes starting in early June (more details coming soon). These sessions are built for everyone—from those just getting started to athletes chasing peak performance—and will focus on:
• Movement efficiency
• Running economy
• Smart weekly training structure
• Race prep and personal goal setting
There will also be a structured build-up toward the HYROX Washington DC event, helping athletes progressively prepare based on their individual goals—whether that’s finishing your first race or competing at a high level.
