Crossfit AM Sessions

Mon - Fri
5:30am, 9:15am, 11:00am

Like to get your workout done with early in the day? Come and get your sweat on with our morning crew. Classes consist of a combination of strength training and metabolic conditioning. Different workouts are programmed for every day of the week with an ultimate goal of improving the fitness of our members.

4:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00 (Mon & Wed), 7:00pm

Fri - 4:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

If you can’t make it to the morning sessions or just prefer a later workout in the day, than our afternoon classes are there to put a smile on your face! As the morning classes, the class consists of a combination of strength training and metabolic conditioning.

Everything learned throughout the week and during our member’s fitness journey is incorporated into a team effort. There are posted workout options that can be followed to the letter or adapted to the experience level of the team members. This is about improving through each other as community!

Youth Athlete Development Program

Varies within program

Tailored to both in-season and off-season athletes, the youth athlete program has focus on speed, explosiveness, strength, conditioning, and injury prevention exercises. Typically run over an 8 week training period, our clients are challenged to become their best!

Have our coaches talk to you about your personal goals and develop a personalized plan on exactly how to get there. This service is for anyone looking to better themselves. Between custom In-Body measurements, meal planning, and personalized workout plans, we can create the roadmap to your success in this area.
