Injury prevention isn't just about staying healthy — it's about protecting an athlete's ability to perform at their highest level, season after season. The strongest athletes aren't just the ones lifting the most weight; they're the ones who've built a foundation their body can rely on under pressure.
A big part of that foundation is neuromuscular activation — training the body to fire the right muscles at the right time. When muscles are doing their job, stress gets redirected away from tendons and ligaments and into the tissue built to handle it. The result? Better movement, better performance, and a body that holds up when it matters most. The stronger the foundation, the harder it is to break down.

Programs are matched to where your athlete is in their season, so every rep has a purpose.

Sessions run throughout the year — new blocks starting regularly.

• 10 Sessions — $225
