In our eight week program, the programmed focus will be matched to our athletes for their goals/abilities. For athletes that are in-season, a performance / maintenance program is utilized to benefit and supplement high performance. For off season athletes, program will be focused on strength foundation development. Both programs emphasize the importance of injury prevention within their sport.

Why Focus on Injury Prevention?

Injury prevention for all athletes is critical to maintain optimal performance. One of the biggest parts of my training is preventing injury so that the athletes can have a long lasting healthy career in their sport. I talk to my athletes a lot about the importance of building a strong foundation. When you can teach your body to activate muscle in training it will translate to performance in sports. Neuromuscular activation is key for taking stress off tendons and ligaments and shifting it to surrounding muscle. I believe this is the base for all training. The stronger we can build the foundation the harder it will be to break it down!
