please get your jump ropes. We have yet to find a permanent storage solution so please keep them in your bag or car.
Many of the ropes actually belong to CFBA but we do not want to label them with CFBA until we are sure everyone got their personal ropes out of the pile.
Any ropes left behind after this week will be labeled CFBA and used by newbies who do not have ropes yet.

CFBA Warm-UP 2 (No Measure)
-up and back length of gym alternate direction when possible:
kick butt/high knees
-10 push ups
-10 GHD sit ups
-10 GHD Back Extensions
-10 perfect squats holding post
-10 squats without post
-Muscle Up scale option 2:1 for ring row/dip
– 1:1 for muscle up progression
Squat snatch if possible less weight, or power snatch, brand newbies do push press
