Ladies night workout is Friday 26th 7pm (NO 6:30pm class this Friday).
Tues/Thurs 6pm youth class. As we get it smoothed out, the youth class should be done by 6:45. Folks looking to get extra work or warming up started before 7pm this should help!!!! But please stay off bikes/rowers and equipment until kids are finished. As we progress the gym will be re-organized to accommodate adults and kids. Looking forward to the future!

Back Squat (5×4 @80% (set every 2:30))
Athlete will have 10 mins to get warmed up 80%
Then on a 2:30 clock as class each set of 4 will be done.
Hips Back, Knees Out , Then Down, Keeping the Weight in your HEELS w/ that chest up.
