Push Press + Push Jerk (3 Push Press + 3 Push Jerks @70-75% of Push Press )
10 mins to warm up to weight
Every 2 mins athletes will perform 3 push Press then 3 push jerks @ 70-75% of push Press max
5 total sets
Novice athlete will be working on 6 push Press every 2 mins
This will be done out of the rack
Push Press (5×6 for novice athletes )
