Power Clean (EMOM8)
2 reps each minute- these aren’t TOUCH N GO
they should be done with minimal rest between each rep.
Athletes will have 10 mins to get warm up to weight for EMOM.
All sets should be at the weight. This isn’t about building.
Ascending Pull Up Ladder w/DUs (AMRAP – Reps)
Rx- Pull Ups
Plus- C2B Pull Ups
30 Double Unders after each round of pull up/C2B
*** only C2B reps count ***
-reduced rep scheme- 1,2,3,4,5,6
20 du’s etc etc etc….
-Light banded pull ups/ring rows
-2:1 for singles (60singles)
