To truly appreciate our facility, we recommend you try a week free to see if you enjoy the programming, coaches and community and to see if CrossFit is for you! There is absolutely no obligation, we truly want you to experience all we have to offer, meet our coaches and talk to our other athletes. CrossFit can seem intimidating but I promise you, it’s for everyone and anyone willing to give it a try. Our athlete population is about 50% men and 50% women, as well as several couples and the ages range from 19 to 55 so it’s a good mix of people and capabilities. You will fit right in regardless of your capacity! All you will need are exercise clothes, perhaps a towel and a bottle of water! So, what are you waiting for?
Our classes run one hour, which includes a warm-up designed to increase your mobility, increase your capacity and prepare you for the day’s workout, the teaching of a skill, the workout and then cool down stretching. Most workouts run twenty minutes or less.
