Athletes will have 10 mins to warm up to 70-75%
On the clock Every 2 mins for 10 mins will be a set of 3 TNG deadlifts.
Athletes may build with each set of 3.
You will only have the five sets to est a max. If you fail then you will strip weight and finish with lighter sets
