This is a team wod so go as hard as possible, share the work, however, you choose and have fun!
Please stick to your heat time.
Run Warm Up (No Measure)
1 mile if time allows, at least 800m run
10 forearm to instep
10 Baby Elephant
10 Leg swings while holding post, forward back/side to side
10 arms circles- small/med/big each direction
10 perfect air squats WITH post
10 squats without post-duplicate as if you were still using post, arms up high as if diving in a pool

In teams of two:
Run 400 m (as a team)
21 Kettle Bell Swing 1.5/1
12 pull ups
Followed immediately by:
30 clean and jerk 135/95
Work may be shared as the team chooses, however, both team members must run together and no work can begin until both team members are back in building.
